I'm Emily, a coordinator and producer with experience across film and branded work.

I’m a natural problem solver with fluency in production logistics and a multidisciplinary creative toolkit, described by others as a Swiss Army knife.

As the in-house coordinator at Washington Square Films, I support projects from bidding through preproduction, working closely with the Executive Producer and commercial directors. I coordinate bids, manage treatments and pre-visualization and implement revisions, track production updates and facilitate selects, and build client-facing reference and presentation materials (decks, PPM books). I handle director and agency comms in stride with the producer / EP, helping to manage workflows and bridge gaps as needs evolve. I’ve also supported indie feature films in a range of capacities, from coordinating production office rentals and services to helming accommodations searches for crew and high-profile talent.

As an independent producer, I’ve worked on music videos for artists such as as Snail Mail and The Wonder Years – handling a range of responsibilities, including budgeting and scheduling, crew deals and vendor coordination, location management, and on-set operations.
